With deep, practical experience in digital technologies, data and analytics, and platform business models he has worked extensively in navigating disrupting markets.
For the last thirteen years, Mark has played a key role within the Suncorp Group (ASX Top 20); seven of those as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Known for crafting visions, he led a $100M program to simplify Suncorp Group’s data architecture from thirteen data warehouses to one, created a Chief Data Office, and established global partnerships to lift predictive analytics and machine learning capability.
Most notably was his development of Australia’s most powerful multi-brand businesses, comprising 12 brands (AAMI, APIA, Shannons, Bingle, GIO, Vero, Suncorp), that delivered $5B in annual revenue.
Mark has held other key pivotal roles within world-leading organisations, including Telstra and BHP.
