Meet Our Founder

I founded Ingrity after working across major corporate and consulting firms for 25 years. It was clear to me that there were significant opportunities to drive new growth and capture new efficiencies hiding in plain sight in every organisation I worked with.

However, unlocking these opportunities required new thinking, new technology and above all the grit and persistence to solve new problems and deliver new value. From this Ingrity was born. We have grown quickly and today we work with some of Australia’s leading businesses, including Macquarie, Westpac, Woolworth and QBE…

We believe very much in giving back to the community. All the team at INGRITY are proud to contribute to the INGRITY Talent program. So far, we have provided free data analytics training for over 80 women, new migrants and students looking to join the workforce and created employment opportunities for over 50 people. This initiative has transformed families, enabled personal growth and rebuilt confidence for many. The fulfilling feeling of giving back and contributing to society is unparalleled.
