Manual and time-consuming processes in generating Month End Financial Reporting and ad-hoc financial performance analysis. These challenges stem from limited data accessibility, data inconsistencies, and restricted analysis capabilities, which ultimately result in slow decision-making.
The Ingrity team collaborated closely with the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of their General Ledger, Journal entries, Time Keeping, and Billing data and processes. Based on this understanding, a self-serve Power BI solution was designed, incorporating key dimensions and measures utilized by the Finance Team to support their month-end reporting process. A critical aspect of the solution was the inclusion of a Chart of Account hierarchy, enabling drill-down capabilities for enhanced analysis and insights.
